Equinox is focused on recruitment and selection process of seafarers, without compromising client’s selection criteria. This process includes documentation and pre-joining briefing, screening procedures for newcomers, employment records, crew travel arrangements, crew planning and deployment, pre-employment medical examination as per ILO-73 standards, including D&A and other tests, English tests and training, cadets arrangement, certified repair squads arrangement, salary management. We also arrange survey and P&I claims in Black Sea ports.
In July 2006 we were appointed for surveys and issuance of technical certificates on behalf of PANAMA MARITIME DOCUMENTATION SERVICES, INC. / I.M.B. INC., of vessels registered under the flag of the countries, such as Panama, Belize, Honduras, Bolivia, etc., at the port of Odessa.
We have a wide database of seafarers for all ship types- wet, dry and offshore, enabling us to find promptly the suitable candidates.
All our seafarers work in multinational crews.
